(APEI). It operates six Ohio campuses — Westerville (Columbus, main campus), Akron, Fairborn (Dayton), Independence (Cleveland), Maumee (Toledo), and West Chester (Cincinnati) — plus campuses in Detroit, Michigan and Indianapolis, Indiana that offer the Practical Nursing diploma only. The college awards a Practical Nursing diploma and an Associate Degree in Nursing at its Ohio campuses, and a baccalaureate degree in nursing offered through the Westerville main campus. Its "Learn and Earn Ladder" model is designed so students can work as a nurse after completing one credential before progressing to the next.
