ADN programs are the fastest path to RN licensure — 2–3 years and ~$6k–$25k.

ABSN condenses BSN into 12–18 months but requires a prior bachelor's degree.

RN-to-BSN programs are mostly online and compatible with full-time nursing work.

CRNA programs now require a doctoral degree (DNP or DNAP) per the 2025 mandate.
