Our Relationship with Schools and Course Providers

MyNursingSchools.com participates in affiliate marketing programs with nursing schools, universities, educational programs, and continuing-education (CE) providers. This means we may earn a commission — at no additional cost to you — when you click on a link and submit a request for information, apply, enroll in a nursing program, or purchase a CE course package.

Our current CE provider partner is CE Ready (ceready.com), an ANCC-accredited provider of nursing professional development (Provider P0986). When you click a CE Ready link from any of our pages (including the CE Compliance Tool at /nursing-ce-requirements), we may earn a referral commission if you enroll in one of their course packages. CE Ready determines its own course content, pricing, and accreditation independently of MyNursingSchools.

Our prerequisite course partner is PrereqCourses, which offers self-paced online prerequisite courses through Upper Iowa University. When you click a PrereqCourses link from any of our pages (including the Prerequisite Finder at /nursing-prerequisite-finder), we may earn a referral commission if you enroll in a course. Course acceptance is always determined by the nursing program you apply to, not by MyNursingSchools — verify transferability before enrolling.

How We Are Compensated

We receive compensation from our partner schools in several ways:

• Cost Per Lead (CPL): A fixed fee when a visitor submits a request for information
• Cost Per Application (CPA): A fee when a visitor completes a program application
• Cost Per Enrollment: A fee when a visitor enrolls in a program
• Sponsored Placements: Schools may pay to appear in prominent positions on our listing pages

How We Select Schools

Compensation does not determine which schools appear in our listings. We require all listed programs to hold active CCNE or ACEN accreditation. Schools that do not participate in our affiliate program may still appear in our listings if they meet our accreditation standards.

Sponsored schools — those that pay for prominent placement — are always labeled as “Sponsored” at the point where they appear. Non-sponsored schools that appear elsewhere in our listings are included for informational purposes only, with no compensation received.

Our goal is to help nursing students find accredited programs that fit their goals. We think transparency about how the site works is the best way to earn and keep that trust.
