About this program
Walden University's online BSN-to-MSN Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) Primary Care specialization is 63 quarter credits, including 640 supervised practicum hours, with tuition of $785 per quarter credit. Students can finish in as few as 24 months, and Walden may accept up to 30 transfer credits. Registered nurses without a BSN can enter through a separate RN-to-MSN track that adds 26 foundational credits at $435 per quarter credit. The MSN program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, reaffirmed for 10 years through December 31, 2030. Walden cannot enroll residents of Louisiana, Oklahoma or Oregon in any nurse practitioner specialization, or Nevada residents in PNP.
