Herzing University's Direct Entry MSN is for career changers with a non-nursing bachelor's degree. It is 60 to 77 semester credits over 20 to 24 months, depending on general education already completed, with online didactic courses, 585 clinical hours and three 2- to 4-day on-campus intensives in Brookfield, Wisconsin, or Nashville, Tennessee.
