While the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) allows many online schools to enroll students across state lines, California has historically applied additional requirements for nursing programs. Clinical Placement in California

California has one of the nation's most competitive clinical placement markets due to the high number of nursing schools in the state.
